Preorder & Sale Terms

These Preorder & Sale Terms apply when you submit a preorder for Gymverse One through the website and pay a preorder deposit through Stripe.
The website and preorder flow are currently operated by Monoverse Platforms SINGLE MEMBER PC, VAT number 802241782, 62 Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, Athens, 11528, Greece.
Important Temporary Company Structure
Gymverse is currently operated as a brand/project by Monoverse Platforms SINGLE MEMBER PC. A separate Gymverse company is expected to be established in the future.
Your preorder deposit is paid to Monoverse Platforms SINGLE MEMBER PC. The remaining balance for Gymverse One is expected to be paid later to the future Gymverse company, once that company is established and ready to handle sales and fulfillment.
If the future Gymverse company is not established, Monoverse Platforms SINGLE MEMBER PC may either:
- continue the sale and fulfillment itself; or
- cancel production and refund preorder deposits in full.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that Monoverse may transfer or assign your preorder relationship, order data, and related rights and obligations to the future Gymverse company, subject to applicable law.
Buyer Type
During preorder, you may be asked to choose whether you are ordering for:
- personal/home use; or
- business/professional use.
If you choose business/professional use, you confirm that you are acting for business, professional, commercial, or organizational purposes. Consumer-only rights, including statutory withdrawal rights for distance sales, may not apply to business/professional purchases.
If you choose personal/home use, you may have mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Product
The preorder relates to Gymverse One, an adaptive full-body training system.
The product is currently in pre-launch / development / early commercial preparation. Product images, specifications, dimensions, features, software, accessories, and technical details may change before final production.
Any final product specifications that are legally required before sale must be confirmed before final balance payment.
Price And Deposit
Current preorder deposit: EUR 3,000
Current preorder founder price for Gymverse One: EUR 15,000
Expected standard future price: EUR 20,000
The preorder deposit is intended to reserve the lower preorder/founder price and early preorder priority. It does not reserve a chassis number.
Payment
The preorder deposit is paid online through Stripe Checkout.
Stripe may process payment data as described in its own terms and privacy notices. The website receives payment status and metadata needed to manage the preorder.
Confirm before publishing: whether Monoverse issues a receipt or invoice for the deposit immediately after payment, and how VAT/tax accounting is handled.
Manual Review
Paid preorders may be manually reviewed before approval. A payment confirmation does not automatically mean the preorder has been approved.
Monoverse or the future Gymverse company may reject or cancel a preorder where there is a payment issue, legal issue, shipping limitation, suspected abuse, incorrect information, inability to fulfill, or another legitimate reason.
If a paid preorder is rejected or cancelled by Monoverse/Gymverse before fulfillment, the deposit will be handled according to these Terms, the Refund, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy, and mandatory law.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance will be requested later, before fulfillment.
The safest current rule is:
The remaining balance and shipping charges must be paid before the machine is shipped, unless Monoverse or the future Gymverse company agrees otherwise in writing.
If production or fulfillment requires earlier payment, the customer will be notified before that payment is requested.
Shipping And Installation
Shipping is not included in the preorder deposit or product price unless expressly stated in writing.
Installation is not included. Gymverse ships the machine but does not currently provide installation.
Shipping availability, shipping cost, delivery method, insurance, customs, import duties, and delivery timing will be confirmed later before shipment.
If Gymverse cannot reasonably ship to your destination, or if you do not accept the final shipping quote, the preorder may be cancelled and handled according to applicable law and the refund policy.
Delivery Timing
Gymverse One is expected to launch and ship after production readiness. A specific binding delivery date has not yet been confirmed.
If delivery is significantly delayed, consumers keep any mandatory rights they have under applicable law. Business/professional buyers will be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.
Production Cancelled Or Product Not Launched
If Gymverse One is not produced or the project is cancelled, paid preorder deposits will be refunded in full.
If Monoverse decides to continue production and sales itself instead of transferring to a future Gymverse company, Monoverse may request the remaining balance and fulfill the order directly.
Refunds And Withdrawal
All buyers currently receive a voluntary online refund request window of 48 hours after confirmed payment, unless the admin setting changes.
This voluntary window does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Consumer buyers may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, including rights linked to delivery of goods. See the Refund, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy.
Business/professional buyers do not receive consumer-only withdrawal rights where they are acting for business/professional purposes, but they receive the voluntary refund request window stated above.
Warranty And Legal Guarantee
Consumers in the EU receive the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for goods under applicable EU and Greek law. See the Warranty & Legal Guarantee page.
No additional commercial warranty is offered unless stated in writing.
Changes To These Terms
The version accepted at the time of preorder applies to that preorder, unless a later change is required by law or agreed with you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
