Athlete Waitlist Terms

These Athlete Waitlist Terms apply when you submit the Gymverse Athlete onboarding/waitlist form.
Purpose
The Gymverse Athlete waitlist is used to understand who wants to enter the Gymverse ecosystem, reserve usernames for future community features, and contact interested users about athlete onboarding, testing, product updates, and community launch steps where permitted.
Joining the waitlist does not create a user account, paid membership, employment relationship, sponsorship, ambassador agreement, or guaranteed access to any product or program.
Current Status
The athlete waitlist is private for now. Usernames and submitted information are not publicly displayed.
If Gymverse later launches a public community, account system, athlete profile system, or performance-tracking platform, users will be notified and may need to complete a separate registration process.
Username
The form may generate a default username, such as gymverse_athlete_1. You may be able to change it before submission.
Gymverse may reject, rename, reserve, or remove usernames that are misleading, offensive, infringe rights, impersonate someone, or create operational/legal issues.
Marketing And Updates
Joining the waitlist is separate from consenting to marketing/product updates.
You will receive marketing/product update emails only if you choose to opt in or where another lawful basis applies.
Transactional waitlist emails may still be sent to confirm signup, opt-out, or important waitlist administration.

No Public Profile Yet
The waitlist does not currently create a public athlete profile. Do not submit information that you do not want Gymverse to process for waitlist and product-development purposes.
Future Changes
If the athlete system becomes a full platform or community, additional terms, privacy notices, and consent choices may apply.
