Gymverse data may later be transferred to a future Gymverse company, subject to applicable law.
Data Collected
The athlete form may collect:
- username;
- email address;
- preferred language;
- region;
- entry path / how you want to enter Gymverse;
- gender;
- age group;
- training level;
- training styles;
- update/marketing opt-in;
- waitlist ID/reference;
- opt-out status.
Purpose
This data is used to:
- manage the private athlete waitlist;
- reserve usernames for future Gymverse community features;
- understand athlete interests and training profiles;
- plan product/community development;
- contact users about waitlist administration;
- send updates only where the user opted in.
Legal Bases
Processing is based on consent, steps requested by the user, legitimate interests in developing the Gymverse product/community, and legal obligations where applicable.
Marketing/product update emails require opt-in unless another lawful basis applies.
Visibility
Athlete waitlist data is private for now and is not displayed publicly.
