These terms apply to products displayed on the website that are not sold through an online checkout.
The website currently displays products such as merch and possible white-label products. Orders are initially handled by email, not through an e-shop/cart.
No Automatic Online Purchase
Product display pages are invitations to enquire, not automatic purchase contracts.
No product order is accepted simply because you view a product page or send an enquiry.
An order is formed only when Gymverse/Monoverse confirms the order details in writing and the buyer accepts the agreed terms, price, shipping, payment method, and any required legal information.
Product Information
Product names, images, colors, sizes, descriptions, availability, and pricing may change.
Before any purchase is confirmed, Gymverse/Monoverse should provide the information required by applicable law, including product characteristics, total price, delivery cost where known, payment method, delivery timing, cancellation/return rights, and warranty/guarantee information.
Payment
Payment method for email orders must be agreed in writing.
Do not send payment unless Gymverse/Monoverse has confirmed the order and payment instructions.
Returns And Consumer Rights
Consumer buyers may have statutory withdrawal and legal guarantee rights depending on the product and applicable law.
Business/professional buyers may not receive consumer-only rights when buying for business/professional purposes.
Future E-Shop
If Gymverse later adds WooCommerce or another e-shop checkout, these terms must be updated or replaced before online product sales begin.
