  • your name;
  • email address;
  • preorder/order reference, if any;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • what outcome you are requesting.

Response Handling

Gymverse/Monoverse will review complaints and respond within a reasonable time.

More complex complaints, shipping issues, refund issues, legal guarantee issues, or payment/accounting issues may take longer to investigate.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers may have access to alternative dispute resolution bodies under applicable law.

For Greece, consumers may contact the competent consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution bodies, such as the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman, where applicable.

EU ODR Platform

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and should not be presented as an active online complaint submission platform.

If legal pages previously linked to the ODR platform, they should be updated.

Governing Law

Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights or mandatory dispute resolution rights that may apply under your local law.
