This page explains the current warranty and legal guarantee position for Gymverse One.
Consumer Legal Guarantee
Consumers in the EU receive the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for goods under applicable EU and Greek law.
This legal guarantee generally lasts at least 2 years from delivery of the goods.
Mandatory consumer rights cannot be removed by these terms.
Business/Professional Buyers
For business/professional buyers, warranty and defect handling may depend on the written sales terms, applicable law, and any separate commercial agreement.
Commercial Warranty
No separate commercial warranty is currently offered unless expressly stated in writing.
If Gymverse later offers a commercial warranty, its scope, duration, exclusions, and claim procedure will be stated separately.
Defect Reporting
To report a suspected defect, contact:

- preorder/order reference;
- buyer name and email;
- delivery date;
- description of the issue;
- photos/videos where useful;
- serial/product identifiers if available.
Product Changes
Gymverse One is in pre-launch / early commercial preparation. Images, specifications, software, accessories, and technical details may change before final production.
Final legally required product information must be provided before final sale/fulfillment.
