Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to Gymverse One preorders and product deliveries unless a separate written agreement applies.

Shipping Is Not Included

Shipping is not included in the preorder deposit or product price unless expressly stated in writing.

Shipping costs will be quoted later, before shipment.

The customer must pay the remaining product balance and applicable shipping costs before the machine is shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Installation

Installation is not included.

Gymverse currently ships the machine only. The customer is responsible for receiving, placing, installing, and using the machine safely unless a separate written installation arrangement is made in the future.

Shipping Destinations

Gymverse may accept preorder interest from many countries, but actual shipment depends on carrier availability, legal restrictions, export/import requirements, product readiness, and final shipping quotation.

If Gymverse cannot reasonably ship to your destination, the preorder may be cancelled and handled according to the Refund, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy and applicable law.

Delivery Timing

A binding delivery date has not yet been confirmed.

Confirm before publishing: whether the website may state an estimated delivery window such as “targeted within 2026.”

Gymverse will contact preorder customers when production, shipping readiness, shipping cost, and delivery timing can be confirmed.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

For shipments outside Greece or outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges may apply. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk During Delivery

For consumers, risk normally transfers according to mandatory consumer law.

For business/professional buyers, risk transfer may depend on the agreed shipping terms and applicable law.
