Refund, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how preorder refund requests, cancellations, and consumer withdrawal rights are handled.

The website and preorder flow are currently operated by Monoverse Platforms SINGLE MEMBER PC, VAT number 802241782, 62 Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, Athens, 11528, Greece.

Voluntary 48-Hour Refund Request Window

Gymverse currently provides a voluntary online refund request window after preorder deposit payment.

Default request window: 48 hours after payment

This period may be changed by the website administrator and will be reflected in the preorder/refund interface.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically issue a Stripe refund. Refund requests are reviewed by an admin and processed manually through the appropriate payment/accounting workflow.

Consumer Rights Are Not Limited

The voluntary 48-hour window does not remove or limit mandatory consumer rights.

If you buy as a consumer for personal/home use, you may have legal withdrawal rights for distance contracts and other mandatory consumer protections under EU and Greek law.

For consumer purchases of goods, the statutory withdrawal period normally runs for 14 days from delivery of the goods. Consumers may also have rights before delivery, depending on the contract status and applicable law.

If any statement on this page conflicts with mandatory consumer law, mandatory law prevails.

Business/Professional Buyers

If you buy for business/professional use, consumer-only withdrawal rights normally do not apply. You still receive the voluntary 48-hour refund request window unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Before Delivery

Before final delivery, you may contact Gymverse at [email protected] to ask for cancellation or refund handling.

Consumer requests will be reviewed under mandatory consumer law.

Business/professional requests will be reviewed under the agreed terms, the voluntary refund window, and applicable law.

After Delivery

Consumers may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period starting from delivery of the goods, unless a legal exception applies.

Business/professional buyers do not receive this consumer-only right where the purchase is made for business/professional purposes.

How To Request A Refund

Use the refund request link provided in your preorder email, or contact:

Include:

  • preorder reference/PID;
  • preorder email address;
  • buyer name;
  • reason for the request;
  • whether you ordered for personal/home use or business/professional use.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed manually by Gymverse/Monoverse through the appropriate payment/accounting process.

The website does not automatically issue Stripe refunds.

Production Cancelled Or Product Not Launched

If Gymverse One is not produced or the project is cancelled, paid preorder deposits will be refunded in full.
